Rovina Mae Agad

Rovina Mae Agad is the Chief Operating Officer of Zero Vector Ventures, where she focuses on driving operational effectiveness across the studio by building scalable systems, streamlining founder and portfolio company support, and ensuring the efficient execution of Zero Vector’s company-building process from problem identification to launch. With experience managing the operations of an early-stage venture capital firm and leading service operations for an education organization, she brings a track record of driving operational success to Zero Vector Venture. Rovina is also the operations lead for the early-stage venture capital firm Plain Sight Capital. Before co-founding Zero Vector Ventures, Rovina was the Director of Service Operations at the tech and startup education organization, Coded by:, where she oversaw service design, service development, and service delivery operations. Rovina holds a Bachelor of Arts from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
